About Me

Originally from Ellicott City Maryland, Katie Rey Bogdan spent her formative years cultivating a passion for the arts. What started out as a hobby would soon become a career path when she decided to pursue a degree in musical theatre. After 4 years at the Catholic University of America, she successfully obtained her Bachelor's of Music in May 2017.

During her time at college, she was fortunate enough to experience theatre in all of its facets. For three years, she served as the Dramaturg-in-Residence on the board of CenterStage Theatre Company (Catholic's student-run theatre group). She also directed two shows for the organization - Raise Your Voice: A Miscast Cabaret (September 2016) and Children of Eden (March 2017).

She now lives in Silver Spring and works in the DMV area as a singer, actor, and director. She is also a proud member of the EMC program.
